As anticipation builds for one of the most anticipated sequels of the year, Raid 2, the makers have unveiled a game-changing double drop from the film’s soundtrack: a soul-stirring reinterpretation of Tumhe Dillagi, released alongside the bold and electric anthem, Money Money. Together, the tracks explore the emotional and moral fault lines that define Raid 2 where love, legacy, and deception collide.
Originally captured by the legendary Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Tumhe Dillagi returns in a moving new avatar that honours its Sufi roots while echoing the haunting solitude of Raid 2’s central character. Sung with depth and sincerity by Jubin Nautiyal, this version stays true to the spirit of the original while introducing a more subtle, contemplative sound.

In stark contrast, Money Money brings high-octane energy, attitude, and undeniable swagger. A slick, satirical ode to wealth and deception, the track is a powerful, unapologetic anthem full of punchy beats, sharp lyrics, and a heavy dose of irony. Performed by Yo Yo Honey Singh, it offers the perfect counterpoint to Tumhe Dillagi’s emotional pull, embodying the relentless materialism that pulses through the darker corridors of Raid 2’s plot.
The film sees Ajay Devgn return as the steadfast IRS officer at the heart of the story, navigating a complex web of deception and consequence. Riteish Deshmukh takes on a bold role that pushes the boundaries of power and control, while Vaani Kapoor brings strategic insight and emotional strength to a key figure in Patnaik’s investigation.
Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 is a sharp, immersive thriller that explores systemic rot, personal conviction, and the high price of truth.
Releasing in cinemas on 1st May 2025.
